Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public website rcaautobroker.com, including its blog, service pages, public calculators and forms (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Car Dealer Academy LLC; the automotive brokerage service is provided by RCA Auto Sales LLC under the RCA Auto Broker brand ("RCA").

By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Use of the app at app.rcaautobroker.com and of our brokerage services is also governed by the Terms and Conditions and the Payments and Refunds Policy.

This English version is adapted from the Spanish original. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

You may use the Site to learn about our services, read our content, use the public tools and contact us, for personal purposes or to evaluate our services, in compliance with the law and these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract content or data by automated means, or use bots or scripts to interact with the Site, except search engines that respect our robots file.
• Copy, republish or redistribute Site content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, overload our servers or interfere with the Site's security or operation.
• Abuse our forms: send spam, bulk messages, offensive or threatening content, malicious links, or other people's information without their permission.
• Impersonate any person or RCA, or imply a relationship with RCA that does not exist.
• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

RCA may block addresses, devices or users that break these rules without notice.

When you use the contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, you represent that the information you submit is true and belongs to you. Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship or obligate RCA to provide any service or respond within a set time.

You allow RCA to use the content of your messages to respond to you, improve our service and handle your request. How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Site content is general and informational. Articles, videos, guides, purchase examples, testimonials, savings mentioned and customer results are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

Prices, fees, taxes and costs shown on the Site are for reference and may change without notice. The prices that apply are those shown in the app at the time you subscribe or order a service. Public calculators provide estimates, not quotes; for imports into the Dominican Republic, the final tax amount is set by the DGA (Dominican Customs).

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, mechanical or investment advice. Vehicle and auction information comes from third parties and may be incomplete or outdated.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." RCA does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption, error-free, secure or free of viruses. The Site may experience outages, slowdowns, maintenance, software bugs, outdated content or failures of providers such as hosting, our database, email or email-marketing services, or your internet connection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCA is not liable for losses resulting from such failures, including messages or subscriptions that are not delivered or are lost, incorrect calculations or prices displayed by mistake, or decisions made based on Site information. Obviously incorrect prices are not binding, and RCA may correct them at any time. If you don't hear back after submitting a form, email us directly at info@rcaautobroker.com.

RCA's sole obligation in the event of a failure is to use reasonable efforts to restore the Site.

The design, text, images, videos, logos, code and other Site content are owned by Car Dealer Academy LLC, RCA Auto Sales LLC or their licensors. You may view the content and share links to it, but you may not reproduce, modify or use it commercially without written permission.

Copart, IAAI and other third-party marks belong to their owners. RCA has no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from Copart or IAAI.

The Site may include links to third-party sites (auctions, social networks, video platforms and others). RCA does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RCA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Because use of the Site is free, RCA's total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Dealer Academy LLC, RCA Auto Sales LLC and their personnel from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or misuse of the Site.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for 30 days and, failing that, submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

RCA may change these Terms of Use at any time by posting the new version on the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails. For more about who operates the Site, see our Legal Notice.
