The automotive brokerage service is provided by RCA Auto Sales LLC under the trade name RCA Auto Broker. The terms of the service are set out in the Terms and Conditions and the Payments and Refunds Policy.

This Legal Notice governs access to the Site and identifies its operators. Using the Site means you accept this notice, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

RCA Auto Broker is an independent intermediary. RCA does not own or sell the auctioned vehicles and has no affiliation, association, sponsorship or endorsement from Copart, IAAI or any other auction. The names Copart, IAAI and any other third-party marks are used for descriptive purposes only, to identify where purchases take place, and belong to their respective owners.

The RCA Auto Broker brand, logos, design, text, images, videos and Site code are owned by Car Dealer Academy LLC, RCA Auto Sales LLC or their licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

RCA does not guarantee that the Site or the Platform will operate without interruptions, errors, delays or security failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCA is not liable for damage or loss caused by service outages, maintenance, software errors, loss or corruption of data, failures of providers (hosting, database, email, messaging, payment processors, or auction data providers, Copart or IAAI) or of internet connections, or by cyberattacks, including bids not placed or placed late for those reasons. Obviously incorrect prices or calculations are not binding. RCA's sole obligation in the event of a failure is to use reasonable efforts to restore the service. Information on the Site — including prices, fees, taxes, delivery times, examples and vehicle data — is for reference only, may change without notice and may contain errors or omissions. Vehicle information comes from the auctions and other third parties. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or legal, tax or financial advice. For imports into the Dominican Republic, final taxes are set by the DGA (Dominican Customs).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RCA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the Site, the inability to use it, decisions made based on its content, or the content of linked third-party sites.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will, after a 30-day good-faith negotiation period, be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
